OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant premises.

✅ Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff (chefs, waiters, kitchen helpers, etc.).
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • Motivate and coach employees to improve performance.

✅ Customer Service & Satisfaction:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.

✅ Financial & Sales Management:

  • Monitor restaurant expenses, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Set and achieve sales targets to increase profitability.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue.
  • Handle cash flow, daily sales records, and financial reporting.

✅ Marketing & Business Development:

  • Implement promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Collaborate with delivery platforms and social media teams to increase reach.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
