Job Description We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ natural leader who thinks outside the box and strives for success to lead our Garcon Bleu service team. This is a fixed term opportunity, from July 2026 to September 2026, with potential opportunity to extend. In this role you will: Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach. Strive to create luxury moments with our guests and team members, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued Grow the restaurant with innovative sales strategies and execution, to enhance the guest experience, build loyalty and bring in revenue Ensure service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed Prepare forecast reports and roster staff Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with purchasing, stock control, and management Qualifications Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role, within high-end dining operations Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences You are flexible to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays when needed.
