Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. From overseeing daily service to developing staff skills and managing hotel guest needs, your role will be hands-on, varied, and full of opportunity to make your mark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Supervise and develop the front-of-house team through training, mentoring, and clear leadership.
  • Oversee the smooth running of hotel guest services in collaboration with our housekeepers and night porters.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and positivity.
  • Manage staff rotas, shift patterns, and wage control in line with business needs.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the business’s continued growth through ideas, initiative, and problem-solving.
