POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire the team, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to engage with guests and monitor service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and health regulations.
