• Lead the FOH team day-to-day, ensuring smooth and professional service
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised guest experiences
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and shift organisation
• Handle rotas, training, and staff development
• Support with stock control, ordering, and GP targets
• Work closely with the Head Chef and leadership team to maintain high standards across service and compliance
• Lead from the front – this is a very hands-on role
