We are looking for a skilled and friendly Restaurant Manager to join our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience at Pho Le Anh.
*Position is available for full time. *

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Prior barista experience preferred but not required
• Quick learner
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Organized
• Team player
• Good time management skills

• Take orders from customers
• Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions
• Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items
• Serve beverages and deliver food to customers
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
• Arrange and process takeout orders
• Process customer payments
• Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating
• Clean tables after customers have finished their meals
• Keep store clean
• Arrange tables with menus
