The Opportunity:

Lead the restaurant operations of an award-winning gastro pub where quality food and warm, attentive service are central to the guest experience.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, developing your team, building relationships with guests and working closely with the kitchen and venue leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and oversee busy services.
• Recruit, train and develop a confident, knowledgeable front-of-house team.
• Deliver welcoming, polished service with strong attention to detail.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service and consistent standards.
• Manage rostering, labour costs and restaurant performance.
• Oversee bookings, resolve guest feedback and build repeat business.
• Develop the team’s food, wine and beverage knowledge.

About You:

You’re an experienced Restaurant Manager with a background in quality restaurants, gastro pubs or food and beverage focused hospitality groups.

You bring:

• A proven ability to lead a busy, quality dining operation.
• Professional presentation and confident, articulate communication.
• Strong food and wine knowledge and a passion for contemporary hospitality.
• A hands-on leadership style that builds trust and accountability.
• Commercial awareness, sound organisation and composure under pressure.
