We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead at an established, high-volume restaurant in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a busy service environment and wants genuine responsibility across people, service, guest experience and financial performance.

The Role:

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and service
• Manage, roster and develop a high-performing FOH team
• Drive exceptional service standards and guest experiences
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and retention
• Work with senior leadership on promotions, bookings and revenue growth
• Maintain compliance across RSA, food safety and venue procedures
