We are currently looking for an experienced and focused Restaurant Manager to work alongside the owner to drive the daily operations of The Tailor’s House, our restaurant is a relaxed and comfortable restaurant - full of character and relaxed in style. We have ambition to strive for awards with our head chef Lauren Shimmin recently appearing on Master Chef we feel that we are best placed to achieve desired accolades.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and serving techniques
• Familiarity with barista and bartending skills is a plus

  Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

• Maintaining high standards of customer service within our restaurant
• Possess a real passion for high end dining
• Work closely with the owner and head chef to drive standards across the restaurant.
• Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.
• Present on the floor, working closely with the team, leading from the front.
• Support all restaurant staff with their training & development.
• Deal with and solve complaints.
• Support with staffing requirements, including external recruitment
