As a manager, you’ll spend 70% of your time on the frontlines—working alongside your crew, flipping burgers, serving guests, and setting the standard for excellence. You pay close attention to your surroundings, ensuring our guests are delighted and your team performs at its best.
Your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of your location, staying hands-on to maintain the highest quality, create memorable guest experiences, and nurture a great work environment for your crew
