GLOAGBURN FARM SHOP AND COFFEE SHOP

Gloagburn is a well established family owned restaurant and farm shop on the outskirts of Perth, PH1 1QL.
Our 130 cover restaurant is open 8.30am to 5.30pm serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with the emphasis on good quality, seasonal, local and Scottish produce and an excellent standard of customer service. In addition we hold steak nights on the last Friday in the month October through March.
Our busy and recently expanded Farm shop includes all the local produce you would expect as well as ingredients from around the world, our own bakery and in house butchery.

THE PERSON

The successful applicant will have a strong back ground in hospitality and some experience in a high volume fast paced environment. You will have the skills to mentor and coach individuals to build and develop your team and should enjoy the buzz of serving up to 500 covers a day.
Good communication is essential in order to be able to delegate and direct the team and work closely with the kitchen as well as the owners and directors. You should be calm and efficient, have great attention to detail and thrive under pressure.
The role would suit a junior manager looking for an opportunity to progress or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.
