Good Day Cafe is a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant known for great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Restaurant Managers to join our team. We are hiring full time and part time. Weekends and night shifts required.

Duties:

• Manage front-of-house operations
• Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional service
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and supervise team members

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience required (1+ years preferred)
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) a plus
