Set in the heart of one of London’s most famous department stores, the restaurant offers a stylish and welcoming setting where guests can enjoy a truly memorable dining experience.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Seventy Five at Liberty and play a key role in shaping the ongoing success of this unique and ambitious project.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth operations, and strong financial performance. Working closely with the Founder and Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the business, from leading and inspiring your team to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a flagship restaurant and make a real impact on its continued growth and reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front-of-House Leadership: Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional service at all times.
  • Guest Experience: Deliver an exceptional guest journey, creating memorable experiences and maintaining our high service standards.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering a positive culture built on collaboration, pride, and excellence.
  • Strategic Input: Work with the senior team on planning, development, and growth strategies to drive long-term success.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyse reports, and manage P&L to optimise profitability and achieve KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of menus, drinks, and Liberty’s ethos, ensuring your team communicates this confidently to guests.
  • Inventory & Supplier Management: Oversee stock control and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
  • Compliance: Uphold all food safety, health, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance across the restaurant.
