REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health & safety, licensing laws and food hygiene standards.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and stock management.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hygiene in line with company policies.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism to ensure an excellent dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support with recruitment, training and staff development.
