We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have: Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team Previous success in meeting KPI’s Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Salary GyG offers an annual base salary for the Restaurant Manager role from $76,500 in addition to superannuation, subject to industry experience and suitability.
