Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in catering and banquet operations to lead a high-profile hospitality project within NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations while overseeing large-scale banqueting, events, and catering services within this billion-dollar hospitality project.
Key Responsibilities

GUEST EXPERIENCE AND BRAND STANDARDS

• Ensure a luxury dining experience aligned with the prestige of NEOM’s hospitality sector
• Implement guest feedback systems to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work closely with marketing and public relations teams to promote exclusive dining and banqueting experiences
  Key Requirements
  Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  Experience: Minimum of twelve years in luxury restaurant, catering, and banquet operations within five-star hotels or high-end hospitality projects

SKILLS:

• Leadership, team management, and training expertise
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
