JOB SUMMARY:

  • Expected salary: $72,000 - $93,600 per year
    We are Hero Sushi a multi venue business enterprise with a strong footing in the Australian market for Japanese style restaurants. We are looking to add further talent to our team at our branch in Wetherill Park in Western Sydney. We have operated here for a number of years and we continually look to improve on what we do, to not only satisfy but delight our welcome guests from the community.
    We lead our teams very much with a win win orientated mentality. Which forms the basis of everything we do. We want our people to grow and prosper along with our business, as well as making as many people that visit us entertained, and happy from the experience. We hope to find a driven, creative and charismatic leader, with experience in kitchen and front of house operations to propel our team to meet the demands of today and the expected challenges ahead.
    We would start with a roughly 2 month period of training and assimilation to our brand. To ensure you understand expectations and standards. This base will give you a firm foundation to perform well into the future. Those that progress well, may be able to handle multiple locations and supervise operations at higher levels within the company. As we like to promote from within wherever possible. From the bottom to the top.

Responsibilities

  • Years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in some form of management role.
  • Experience in Kitchen operations and willing to learn more, if needed.

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR THE ROLE…

  • A Hospitality Management Diploma
  • Some form of Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship.
