REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role (experience in Indian or Hyderabadi cuisine preferred).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant management software, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of UK food safety, health regulations, and labour laws.
  • A passion for hospitality and excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
