ABOUT THE ROLE

IL MATTO TORQUAY’ is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Torquay, VIC. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our busy, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of daily operations. This is a full-time position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing and motivating a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Overseeing the efficient and effective running of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall business performance
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment
  • Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered to the highest standards
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
