JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a self motivated, inspiring and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment and to support the owners in developing the business through creating and organizing events etc. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creativity and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, liaising with kitchen operations, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to high standards.
  • Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the customer is at the centre at all times.
  • Organizing and managing bookings, pre-orders, events, and other admin tasks ensuring the owners, kitchen team and front of house are briefed
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with culinary standards and food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Implement training programmes for new staff members on hospitality practices and food safety protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet targets with bookings, dishes, wet/dry sales, reviews
  • Respond to customer reviews and reflect accordingly
  • Implement and deliver a high presence of the business on social media to ensure levels of bookings and events are maximized to full potential
