We are looking for a passionate and experienced *Restaurant Manager* to lead the team at an upscale Korean dining destination located within a premium hotel near Dubai Airport.

If you have a strong background in high-end F&B operations, an appreciation for Asian/Korean dining culture, and a flair for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do:*

* Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure impeccable service standards.

* Lead, train, and inspire a diverse multinational team.

* Manage operational efficiency, drive revenue, and oversee P&L.

* Build strong relationships with local VIPs and hotel guests.

* Act as a cultural bridge, delivering an authentic premium Korean dining experience.

What We Are Looking For:*

* 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or AGM in an upscale/premium dining environment (UAE experience is essential).

* Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills.

* Good understanding of premium beverage/wine pairings and Asian hospitality (Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus).

* Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
