Restaurant Manager – Fast Food | Mirdif, Dubai

Salary: AED 3,200/month + Incentive

Location: Mirdif, Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our fast food restaurant in Mirdif. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and building a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver consistent service
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare shift schedules and manage staff attendance
• Track sales performance and report to ownership

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage (fast food or quick service experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
