Indochine is a quick service Asian Fusion restaurant specializing in fresh, healthy food and excellent customer service.
We are looking for an outgoing team player with previous experience in the foodservice industry. Applicants must have a minimum of one year experience in a fast paced restaurant. We will support the PR application for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant and food service
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Recruit staff and oversee staff training
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
    · Handling and filing paperwork such as invoices, receipts, etc.

· Monitoring expenses and food costs.

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

· Planning and ensuring the execution of the daily/weekly prep schedule.
· Assigning prep tasks to other employees as required.
· Keeping track of inventory and placing food orders with suppliers.
