Job Description You will support the Restaurant & Bar operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment. Oversee daily operations of all restaurants and bars, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience. Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team of service staff and bartenders to deliver exceptional service. Implement high standards in service, hygiene, and product quality across all F&B outlets. Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and F&B Director on menu planning, promotions, and guest feedback initiatives. Manage schedules, inventory, cost controls, and financial performance of all outlets. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations. Foster a strong service culture aligned with the resort’s values and brand promise. Qualifications College diploma in Hotel Management or related field Previous experience in Bars and restaurant management Passion for leadership and teamwork Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence Excellent guest service skills A friendly, outgoing person, able to involve and support operations.
