We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and elevate both the guest journey and team experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, including front-of-house (FOH) management, staff training and development, guest satisfaction, inventory, and scheduling. We are looking for a hands-on, guest-focused leader who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure exceptional service standards are met at all times
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5–8 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required
  • Experience with Indian cuisine or multicultural hospitality a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
