JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
  • Experience in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments is preferred
  • Background in fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a restaurant setting
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing guest experiences
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
