This is a fast paced and challenging environment, within which the applicant must:
* Be very customer focused and present exceptional standards at all times
* Have an enthusiastic, warm, can-do and ambitious attitude
* Be a strong assistant manager in order to manage an existing established, hardworking team
* Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop ideas
* Be financially focused and have budgetary control
Responsibilities will include:
* Generating sales and deliver profit targets
* Staff recruitment and retention with effective management, motivation and coaching of the team
* Strong knowledge of budgeting and GP levels
* Possess a strong knowledge of current UK Food, Health & Safety legislations
* Impeccable customer interaction.

Pay: Up to £53,000.00 per year
