Job Description Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the overall restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s brand guidelines. Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure personalized and exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor and maintain service standards through regular staff training and evaluations. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events to attract new and repeat guests. Maintain the restaurant’s reputation and presence through digital platforms, social media, and partnerships. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting. Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverage pairings is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and enhance profitability. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
