JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining room and lead our team to provide best-in-class service. This role is perfect for someone with a fine dining background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurant
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing
  • Proficiency with POS and reservation systems (e.g., Sevenrooms, OpenTable, Servme)
  • Ability to stay composed in a high-pressure environment
  • Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working in or managing a Michelin-starred or Michelin Guide restaurant
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset

Responsibilities
