Khushi’s is one of the UK’s most iconic Indian restaurants, proudly serving Edinburgh since 1947. Family-run for nearly 80 years, we’re now opening our brand-new flagship restaurant. With a refreshed concept, elegant interiors, and a vibrant bar, Khushi’s combines heritage with modern flair.
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and people-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys the warm, welcoming Khushi’s experience we’re famous for.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service at all times.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front-of-house team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage bookings, stock levels, and floor operations with attention to detail.
• Contribute to the growth and success of Khushi’s by implementing creative ideas and maintaining our friendly, welcoming culture.
