Responsibilities

Supported by our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven toward excellence, you’ll be entrusted with leading the day-to-day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience.

You will:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team
  • Drive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitality
  • Manage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offerings
  • Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails
  • Develop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every level
  • Lead from the floor — visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to team and guests
  • Be accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control and revenue targets
