We’re hiring: Venue/ Restaurant ManagerRoccella Italian East MelbourneWe are looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of our established, high-volume restaurant in East Melbourne.

This is a senior, hands-on management role for someone who understands both hospitality and business performance. We are looking for a manager with proven experience leading large teams and busy restaurant operations, with strong knowledge of:

• People leadership, recruitment and staff development• Rostering, labour control and productivity• P&L performance, budgets and cost management• Food and beverage cost control• Service standards and guest experience• Functions, events and high-volume services• Operational systems, compliance and accountability
