Restaurant ManagerCentral London | £45,000 + package

We are working with a well-established European restaurant group to appoint a Restaurant Manager for one of their Central London restaurants.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a recognised group with a strong reputation for food, service and people development.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the restaurant.You will be responsible for:• Leading and developing the FOH team• Supporting the GM with the overall operation• Delivering consistently high standards of service• Managing busy, high volume services• Supporting training and team development• Monitoring key commercial and operational targets• Maintaining strong guest relationships• Ensuring compliance and operational standards are maintained• Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM's absence

About You

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, strong Assistant Manager or AGM from a quality restaurant environment.

• You should be:• A confident and hands on leader• Commercially aware and operationally strong• Experienced managing busy restaurant services• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience• Comfortable leading and developing a sizeable team• Strong on training, standards and compliance• A genuine people person who leads from the floor• Looking for a long term opportunity with a recognised restaurant group
