We are looking for an experienced, energetic and sales-driven Restaurant Operations Manager who can take ownership of daily operations while actively growing restaurant revenue.

What we need:• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience• UAE restaurant experience strongly preferred• Strong leadership and staff-management skills• Food cost, wastage, inventory & labour-cost control• Excellent customer-service and complaint-handling skills• Proven ability to increase sales and profitability• Experience developing corporate catering & office lunch accounts• Knowledge of delivery platforms, POS and restaurant promotions• Hands-on approach — actively involved on the restaurant floor

Key Objective:Improve operations, control costs and drive measurable sales growth.
