JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively while promoting teamwork.
  • Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and financial management within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments is an advantage.
