EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
  • Experience in interviewing and training staff is highly desirable.
  • A background in cooking or culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory.
