OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
  • Experience in interviewing and training staff is highly desirable.
  • A background in cooking or culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff management and scheduling.
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to standard and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant.
