Roles & Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you run the day to day of our new beachfront restaurant. You lead the floor team, keep service sharp and consistent, and make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

What you'll do

• Run daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train and develop the floor team
• Keep service and LPM standards consistent
• Look after guest feedback and VIP relationships
• Support budgets, costs and revenue
• Work closely with kitchen and bar

What you need

• Experience managing a busy premium restaurant
• Strong leadership and people skills
• A good commercial head
• Calm under pressure and hands on
• Fluent English
