We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences every day. You’ll lead daily restaurant operations, inspire and develop a strong team, and work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure every detail meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals. Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards. Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate. Qualifications Experience managing fast-paced restaurant. Leadership experience. A great attitude and work ethic. Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours). Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats). Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally. Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones. Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
