POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and experienced Restaurant Manager with strong purchasing and supply chain management skills to lead operations in our premium F&B establishment located in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT). This dual-role position requires a balance of day-to-day restaurant management with strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and proactive engagement with the local business community to drive B2B revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate is both operationally hands-on and commercially savvy, with deep understanding of food ingredients, procurement best practices, and local supplier ecosystems — particularly those servicing the JLT and wider Dubai area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Procurement Manager, or similar role in the hospitality/F&B industry.
  • Deep knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain dynamics in the UAE.
  • Strong supplier database and proven negotiation experience.
  • Well-connected in the JLT community and/or ability to establish strong B2B ties.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, procurement software, and inventory tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License (preferred).
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. RESTAURANT OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP

  • Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain brand standards and deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Oversee daily checklists, cleanliness, opening/closing procedures, and ensure operational compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Monitor staff performance, create shift schedules, and conduct regular team meetings.

5. FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Monitor operational expenses, supplier costs, and payroll to meet financial targets.
  • Work with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.
  • Maintain daily and weekly sales reports, tracking both dine-in and B2B revenue streams.
