JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory control, and upholding food safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
  • Experience with inventory control and budgeting processes.
  • Proficient in using POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of catering services, banquet experience, or bar management is a plus.
  • Culinary experience or kitchen management background is highly desirable.
