RESTAURANT MANAGER – MICHELIN STAR, FITZROVIA

We are looking for an experienced Michelin star, fine dining Restaurant Manager to lead a small team at a beautiful, refined Michelin Star restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. With elevated, traditional flavours from the heart of West Africa, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that extends beyond its cuisine. A stunning fine dining restaurant, with an open wood fire kitchen offering inventive tasting menus, where tradition meets creativity.

An independent Michelin-starred West African fine-dining restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. Under Executive Chef direction, they offer inventive tasting menus that fuse tradition and innovation - highlighting live-fire techniques, umami-rich layers, and bold spice using seasonal British produce and African flavours. Set within a warm, art-laden environment inspired by West African aesthetics, every detail - from bespoke ceramics to an open-kitchen layout it is thoughtfully curated to deliver a truly immersive culinary journey.
The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Ideally Michelin or Rosette experience at management level
  • Ideally WSET level 2, or have high level wine pairing experience
  • Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
  • Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least two year.
  • Detail focused.
  • Manage VIP guests.
  • Pre-service meetings, rotas and budget.
  • A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
  • Can do attitude and a strong lead.
  • Reliable & able to work late evenings & weekends
