The Moriarty Group are currently seeking to recruit an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their Team in the Court Yard Hotel. The hotel’s restaurant has been re-branded to the Steakhouse 1756. If you are passionate the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy and extremely popular property, we could have an exciting opportunity for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 2 years’ experience in a food/bars managerial role.
An enthusiastic disposition.
An ability to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
Must have a good knowledge of food & beverage.
Excellent communications & people skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

SKILLS:

Hospitality Industry, Barista Training, Restaurant service, Managing Staff

Work in conjunction with the restaurant service in the hotel operations.
General food service duties.
General bar and lounge duties.
Managing the restaurant team.
Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times
