Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing daily operations, leading and developing the team, upholding brand standards, and delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences while driving sales performance. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Support day-to-day restaurant operations by maintaining an active floor presence and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback. Assist the General Manager with administrative responsibilities, including onboarding documentation, scheduling support, and operational reporting. Resolve guest concerns professionally and graciously, ensuring positive outcomes and memorable experiences. Partner with the management team to execute unit goals, drive performance, and support operational and sales objectives. Monitor service flow and staffing levels to ensure efficiency and high guest satisfaction. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Solid understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards. Proven ability to handle guest concerns professionally and with care. Experience supporting scheduling, staffing, and floor operations. Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
