Responsibilities
  • Front of House (FOH) Operations
  • Oversee daily FOH service to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Manage FOH stock ordering (beverages, service supplies, uniforms, etc.).
  • Maintain presentation standards across dining areas.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and schedule FOH staff.
  • Lead by example to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and manage conflicts.
  • Administration & Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain staff schedules, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of staff performance, training, and incidents.
  • Financial & Reporting
  • Use Excel and reporting tools to track sales, labor costs, and FOH expenses.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service
  • Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and community partners.
  • Support marketing efforts (events, promotions, guest engagement).
