The Role
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s as much a people-person as a leader. Someone who can keep the wheels turning smoothly, but also bring a big smile and plenty of heart to the floor. You’ll be leading a small, close-knit team, keeping service flowing, and making sure our guests feel like part of the family every time they walk through the door.
This isn’t a clipboard behind the desk role, you’ll be right there in the action, guiding service, supporting the kitchen, and setting the tone with your energy and passion.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the show day-to-day from floor to kitchen support
• Leading, motivating, and training a small team
• Creating a fun, professional, and supportive working environment
• Managing rotas, hours, and smooth shift planning
• Taking care of drinks orders and stock management
• Recruiting and onboarding when new faces join the family
• Rolling up your sleeves and jumping on the floor whenever needed

About You

We’re after someone who’s:

• A natural host who is warm, charismatic, and great with people
• Organised, reliable, and able to bring calm to the chaos
• Experienced in restaurant management or supervision (ideally in independent restaurants)
• Passionate about food, Italian culture, and creating memorable experiences
• A leader who knows when to take charge and when to get stuck in alongside the team
