RESTAURANT MANAGER – NEW OPENING, PREMIUM RESTAURANT & BAR, FARNHAM

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team in a brand new independent opening in Farnham. This stunning new opening is like no other in Surrey, the menu reimagines classic dishes using the finest locally sourced produce, spanning punchy small plates to share-style main courses and rich, expressive desserts and with zero waste cooking! We need a passionate, highly experienced Restaurant Manager to inspire, train and lead the front of house team.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Must have experience as a restaurant manager or assistant general manager.
  • Confident with guest and building rapport.
  • A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to create and implement training plans.
  • Wine knowledge.
  • Experience in leading and training a team from service standards, menu tasting, wine knowledge and guest experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
  • Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least one year.
  • Detail focused.
  • Experience in rotas & scheduling.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Can do attitude and a strong lead.
  • Mus be able to work evenings & weekends
