· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences

· Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring high standards of food quality and service
· Manage and train staff to enhance performance and efficiency
· Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
· Monitor and control operating costs and budgets
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
· Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
