ABOUT THE ROLE As our Restaurant Manager in a hands-on operational role, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the team's success by undertaking the following responsibilities: Operations & Efficiency Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control at all levels. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for necessary supplies, and managing overall inventory. Coordinate waitstaff shifts, breaks, and rotations to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments for a seamless overall club operation. Carry out budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control, in collaboration with other members of management. Assume the responsibilities of Assistant Restaurant Managers or the Club Operations Lead when necessary, ensuring operational continuity. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct team briefings to enhance communication and alignment of service objectives. Identify and promote opportunities for skill development and improvement among team members. Mentor and provide guidance to Assistant Restaurant Managers and Team Leaders to support their professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless overall operation and a cohesive work environment. Foster a positive team atmosphere and embody the company's core values in all aspects of daily operations. Guest Experience & Relations Professionally address and resolve guest and team issues, ensuring satisfaction for all. Work closely with the Club Operations Lead and Assistant Restaurant Managers to maintain an exceptional guest experience and achieve business goals. Act as a leader and role model for the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence are maintained.
