Role Purpose:

A proven leader, the RM will ensure our team are trained to and deliver the highest level of service for our guests. It goes without saying you’ll also confidently keep on top of admin, rota, payroll, recruitment and groups.
The ideal candidate must have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at a minimum - or Restaurant Manager within a similar quality led, fast paced dining environment and be used to dealing with high volumes of guests. You’ll need to be smart in all senses, charismatic, engaging and able to lead, inspire and command the respect of our team of 15.
