JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and restaurant management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling safety, and customer service best practices.
  • Experience with bartending is a plus, along with familiarity with various beverage offerings.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • A passion for helping others and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities
